His long career as Senior Executive Vice-President at State Farm (one of five members of the Office of the Chairman) led him to start his own business helping companies develop the kind of leadership environment that he fostered on the job for over 25 years.

The good news? Jack knows that leadership can be learned! Including his time at State Farm, he has spent a total of 38 highly successful years in the people business as executive, teacher and coach.
